The Political Parties Registration Commission (PPRC) on Friday 29 and Saturday 30 November 2013 organized a Constitutional Review and Validation exercise for the All Political Parties Youth Association (APPYA).
The exercise which took place in Bo brought together Youth from all the ten Registered Political Parties in Sierra Leone.
In his address, Commissioner Alhaji Muctarr B. Williams says the exercise is important as this will unite members of the Association. He assured them of the Commissions support at all times.
In his statement, the UNIPSIL Representative Patrick Buse assured members of the Association of UNIPSIL’s support towards the activities of the Association. He says the Association needs to be pro- active especially in sourcing funds when UNIPSIL folds up in 2014. After two days of deliberations, the reviewed Constitution was validated and will be tabled in the Associations Delegate Conference for adoption.
